Terms of Service

General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PULSORT platform at pulsort.gg and the connected PULSORT Discord bot ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree — please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

The Service is available to persons who meet the minimum age for Discord usage in their country of residence. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Acceptance of Terms

Authorizing via Discord or adding the PULSORT bot to your server constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Account

A PULSORT account is tied to your Discord account. You agree to keep your details current and are responsible for all actions taken under your account. One person = one account.

Service description

PULSORT provides Discord server admins with tools for management: tickets, role assignment, events, moderation, economy, giveaways, logging, and more.

The Service is provided "as is". We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Technical breaks, updates and scheduled maintenance are possible.

Plans and limits

PULSORT offers a free plan and paid tiers (Basic, Pro, Enterprise). Limits of each plan are published on pulsort.gg. We reserve the right to change limits and pricing with at least 14 days notice.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled in advance.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet used paid functionality. After 14 days or active use — no refunds.

User content

Module configurations, welcome texts, custom messages and other content created by server admins remain their property. You warrant that you have rights to the content and that it does not violate any law or the Discord Terms of Service.

Prohibited use

It is prohibited to: - Use the Service for spam, phishing, malware distribution - Attempt to bypass limits, technical restrictions or billing - Reverse-engineer, copy or resell Service functionality - Use the Service to violate the Discord Terms of Service or applicable law - Resell access to paid features to third parties

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, attempts to bypass limits, or activity threatening platform stability. You may delete your account at any time by revoking Discord permissions and contacting us via email.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for: - Actions of users on your Discord server - Data loss due to Discord, Stripe, or hosting provider issues - Indirect damages, lost profits

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for subscription over the last 3 months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the project owner's jurisdiction. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If impossible — in a competent court at the owner's location.

Changes to Terms

We may update the Terms. Material changes are announced on the site and via system notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
